New Machine Success
Ryan: I just wanted to drop a note and let you know that I was very pleased with the job that AAdvantage provided for installation of my new machines this past Tuesday. You had a great team assembled. I hope that the preliminary work and planning for the installation that I was able to provide was beneficial as well. Be A "Real Star" with AAdvantage
AAdvantage Laundry Systems determined a Real Star model T343 dry cleaning machine to be the best fit for the application. On an follow-up visit by AAdvantage, Jimmy Hatchett, owner of Sunflower Cleaners, shared the some exciting news.
“When the customer brought this jacket in, it was gray. They told me they had just gotten it back from another cleaner in town. I went back and ran it on the white cycle of our new Real Star cleaning machine and when I took it out, this is the result.” I was pretty amazed to see the jacket had gone from gray to its original white. It was not a dull white…it was bright white, a very beautiful garment."
Craig Hatchett, who has now assumed ownership of Sunflower Cleaners from his dad, also added, “Robert, we are extremely pleased with this new Real Star dry cleaning machine. We know to call you (AAdvantage) first, because you have always gotten us the right machine for what we needed, whether it be a washer, press, boiler or dry cleaning machine. We trust you to get us the right equipment and we know that AAdvantage Laundry Systems will stand behind the machines that you sell. We will always call you first when we need equipment or service.”
When the AAdvantage consultant was leaving the store that day, Jimmy added, “Bye Robert, I love you like a son.” This story is just one example of the relationships AAdvantage builds in the laundry market place by doing the right thing for customers.
